What is the length of rental?
Without a Hitch can deliver items to the event site one to two days prior to the event depending on venue requirements and scheduling.
Rentals may be picked up by the client two days prior to the event and can be returned within two days after the event. Adjustments can be made in our pick up/return policy depending on item rental prior to and following your event.

When should I reserve?
You should reserve your items as early as possible or 6 months in advance. Rentals are reserved on a first come first serve basis. Once your deposit is received, your date and items are reserved. *With the busy wedding season of 2022 due to postponements, it is recommended to reserve 9-12 months in advance to ensure all items are available.*
Am I able to make changes or cancellations?
Final counts, and substitutions are due 14 days prior to the event. Some items may be personalized for your event, these items are not subject to change if already customized. The change to your order quantity of items should be within a 10% deduction from what was previously quoted.
Can Without A Hitch set-up the decor?
Without A Hitch will provide set-up and/or tear down services for an additional fee. If you would like us to set up your decor along with ours, there will be an additional set up fee and this will need to be agreed upon in advance. Without A Hitch will not be responsible for setting up personal items if not agreed upon previously.
What is my responsibility when I return rentals?
If tear down services have not been chosen, all items should be boxed in the containers you received them in. If our crew is retrieving the items from your event location, all items should be returned to the point of delivery ready for pickup.
Delivery and pick up information?
The client must specify preferred method for receiving the rental items. Without A Hitch will deliver items upon request along with an additional delivery fee based on mileage. Rentals may also be picked up by the client two days prior to the event and returned two days after the event. If large items are included in the order and do not fit into the client’s vehicle, the client must have an enclosed mode of transportation.
Booking Process
1. Shoot us a message/email including your date, location, interest in specific items that you've seen, etc.
2. We'll then set-up a phone call to chat more about your colors, theme, specific items, and event details.
3. We'll write up an invoice and contract and send those your way.
4. You'll fill out, sign, and return the contract along with your deposit to reserve your items and date.
5. 2 weeks to 1 month before your event, we lock in exact number for items and your final payment is due.
*Please remember that your items and date are not officially reserved until your invoice and contract are received.
